Turns out that if that property is also the default Content property, it doesn't work. The moment I remove the class attribute that defines the default content attribute, it starts working. Blend bug?

I have some problems with the AlternateContentPropertyAttribute.
It seems to work on any type of non-collection object property, and on any collection of Controls. However it does NOT work on a collection of non-Controls. For instance an object that inherits from a collection of objects that only inherit from DependencyObject.
The moment I change the type of my item object to inherit from Control instead of DependencyObject, I see the object in the treeview. Change it back and it's gone.

How do I work around this? I want to show the collection of objects in the treeview.

Thanks!
